Who? What? Why?
My name is Bob Winchester and I’ve been self employed (sort of) for most of my professional career. Because I believe that I’m built with an entrepreneurial spirit, I’ve always considered myself to be self employed, even when I’m working for someone else. By focusing on marketing myself, personal growth, and making sure I keep my customer (or company) happy, I’ve been fairly successful in my work. I’ve even noticed in my own business, that while I may be working for my own profits, I still work for my customer’s satisfaction.

Unfortunately, I’ve met too many great men & women that feel trapped in their work. Whether it’s due to economic circumstances or it’s just a lack of motivation, I won’t rest until I’ve reached the masses with a message of hope! You can be different! You must be different! You must “cut the corporate chord” by adopting a self employed attitude!

With a construction sales background going back over 15 years and a strong interest in marketing and design, I’ve always wanted to create. I’m even proud to say that I’ve “created” several less than successful business ventures, but I’ve never stopped wanting to learn and I’ve never been shy about sharing those lessons.
Hence, the goal of this site (and business) is to take my passion for being an entrepreneur and combine it with my desire to inspire and lead others to finding that spirit themselves. Somewhere in all of that I hope to help a few of you free yourself from the daily grind and enjoy living out your passion; whether it’s at your current job or by creating a new career among the independently employed!
